Take it to the next level!
Following the success of our 2022 approach, where we provided turnkey booth packages for sponsors and partners at Formation, 82 South was asked to take the experience to the next level. The goal for 2023 was to elevate the engagement within the Launch Pad area, creating more dynamic and interactive opportunities for attendees. We were tasked with designing and implementing new elements that would not only enhance the visual appeal but also foster deeper connections between sponsors, partners, and the audience. This involved reimagining the space to introduce innovative features and activities that would encourage participation, spark conversations, and leave a lasting impression on all who attended.
The Pitch
An Unconventional Approach
After our discovery call, it became clear that designing the Launch Pad would require a bold, unconventional approach. Instead of sticking to a traditional grid layout, we opted to think outside the box and developed a dynamic arrangement of pods in a flowing configuration. This innovative design created a more engaging and interactive environment, fostering a natural flow and encouraging exploration throughout the space.
The Results
Formation 2023: A Tailored Solution
By offering a turnkey booth solution tailored to each sponsor level, we were able to design a cohesive layout that grouped booths together in a way that ensured equal visibility and accessibility for all sponsors at the same level. This thoughtful arrangement not only enhanced the overall flow of the space but also created opportunities to incorporate Food & Beverage areas for morning breakfasts and breaks, further enriching the attendee experience.
