Welcome back with impact!
After a prolonged hiatus due to COVID, this Annual Event made a strong return, now scheduled across two locations within a three-month period. Collaborating closely with our client’s Tier 1 Agency, we were entrusted with delivering a memorable user experience by implementing the provided Creative Event Concept Design at both the Europe and North America events
The Pitch
The cloud is just the beginning…
We transformed the event’s manifesto into a set design and attendee experience that seamlessly linked the content with the visuals. Drawing inspiration from the phrase, “…the cloud is just the beginning, and today’s atmosphere is right for us all to aim even higher…”, we incorporated imagery of the galaxy and city horizons that gradually revealed a starry night sky. These visual elements were thoughtfully integrated with the event’s theme, “The Datasphere,” to create a cohesive and impactful experience.
The Results
Setting a new standard
Our Experience Roll-Out for both events delivered an unparalleled attendee experience, setting a new standard beyond what people had grown accustomed to in the world of virtual events. By expertly applying the provided concept designs, we created an experience that was deeply infused with the event’s brand identity. A standout feature was the seamless integration of the Opening video and speaker transitions with the attendee tables. We achieved this by using battery-operated, wirelessly controlled LED spheres that dynamically changed colors and effects in perfect sync with the stage activities, creating a truly immersive atmosphere.
