Virtual Event for CAE Conference
Our client was seeking a supplier for their virtual conference and tradeshow. They required a holistic solution that replicates the experience of an in-person event, including virtual live presentations, networking opportunities with their team, and real-time interaction with presenters. The platform had to be secure and support automated attendee registration, real-time tracking, as well as comprehensive reporting and analytics before, during, and after the event. The goal, to replace in-person events and enhance employee engagement.
The Pitch
Customized 360-Degree Gamified Platform
We proposed a customized digital immersion experience featuring a 360-degree interactive gamified platform. Users could design and customize their own avatars to explore a virtual environment showcasing products, demonstrations, and capabilities.
The Results
Increased Engagement and Awards Won
The virtual world project achieved notable successes across multiple fronts. It saw a significant 32% increase in attendance, indicating heightened interest and engagement among participants. The platform garnered 2,247 video engagements, underscoring its effectiveness in capturing and retaining viewer interest and, the project received acclaim by winning 3 Silver Telly Awards
