UNITY (United National Indian Tribal Youth, Inc.), a national network promoting leadership and personal development among Native American youth, needed a trusted partner to elevate their 2025–2027 National UNITY Conferences. With their flagship 2025 event set in San Diego, the organization sought a production team that could honor its rich cultural legacy while delivering modern, immersive event solutions. We delivered a bold, multi-sensory experience in the General Assembly space, providing event producer support across general sessions, keynotes, panels, and cultural performances. Our immersive lighting and stage design adapted seamlessly to every moment, whether it was a traditional drum circle, a youth talent showcase, or a DJ-led celebration. To ensure accessibility and longevity, we offered high-quality video capture and delivery for both live streaming and archival use. Our team demonstrated agility with on-the-fly flexibility, managing last-minute content updates and agenda changes without disruption. We also handled venue-smart logistics, coordinating room setups, rigging, power, and internet to keep everything running smoothly.
