Large Footprint Stronger Impact
Our client sought a partner to design and build their tradeshow presence at the annual Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) event. With a 40×40 footprint on the tradeshow floor, they needed a design that made a strong impact while accommodating business meetings in two rooms, showcasing demos at kiosk stations, and featuring a mini theater stage for presentations.
The Pitch
Fish Tanks = Showstopper
We ideated, designed, developed, and delivered an immersive, technology-infused environment that elevated the brand experience. Building on design elements from previous booth projects, 82 South reimagined the concept to transform this 40×40 booth space into a sleek and impactful branding opportunity at HIMSS 2022. By retaining core features like two glass “fish tank” meeting rooms, a reception counter, lounge seating, an interactive self-guided touchscreen experience, and a presentation area, we ensured this booth would be a showstopper.
The Results
Rotation = Activation
The result was an impactful booth that enabled Accenture to effectively showcase their solutions, host presentations, and enhance brand awareness. By rotating the square footprint by 45 degrees, we created a unique layout that strategically anchored key activation areas. The glass-enclosed meeting rooms along the main aisles, a large front-facing LED video wall, and a centrally positioned stage backdrop not only served as focal points but also maximized visibility across the tradeshow floor.
