The Ask

Commemorating NCAI’s 80-Year Milestone

The client sought a provider to collaborate on a special experience commemorating 80 years of the NCAI. They required support for the general session, including audiovisual services, speaker management, visual content and design, and digital wayfinding signage. Additionally, they wanted a pop-up museum highlighting the organization’s 80-year history through media, print, and storytelling. The event would also unveil the organization’s refreshed branding

The Pitch

Innovative Designs for Anniversary Event

Our pitch included several key elements tailored for the NCAI’s 80th anniversary celebration. For the general session, we proposed a 50 ft LED screen to deliver impactful visuals, supported by a comprehensive visual and graphic design package to effectively reveal their refreshed logo and branding. We also offered digital signage featuring dynamic media elements for displaying sponsors, agendas, and directional information in real-time across all event areas. For the pop-up museum experience, we suggested two twelve-meter inflatable domes accommodating 70 seats each. Attendees would view a short video on the 80th celebration inside these domes and then exit into a museum-like display wall featuring a chronological timeline with photos and artifacts, creating an immersive journey through the organization’s history.
