ON THE ROAD

OVERVIEW

Planning and delivering a successful road show in 5 cities, flawlessly, was our clients number one goal.

BACKGROUND

New York… San Francisco…. Austin… Orlando… Toronto.  Our client, who provides cloud business management solutions, teamed up with 82 South to embark on a global road show to showcase the latest and greatest of their offerings.  The aggressive timeline to ensure a successful and seamless experience at each site was going to be challenge.

SOLUTION

The role of 82 South was to provide a visually impactful yet content rich experience in each of the five cities within a 2-month period.  The audience sizes ranged from 60-120 attendees, leading to completely different venue setups which demanded custom technical solutions to ensure each location had the same experience.  No time for site visits and the short runway of pre-production, the team designed for a simple but impactful experience.  The team at 82 South, as well-known for, left nothing to chance and meticulously managed the matrix of requirements that was required to support this global road show.

RESULTS

Each of the productions was a tremendous success, with the client team and presenters trusting 82 South’s team of familiar faces at each location.  The connecting in a spirit of camaraderie and determination of all the players onstage and behind to transform the audience in each location.  It certainly takes a team.
