OPEN CONCEPT MEETS EXHIBIT

OVERVIEW

World industry leader needed to maximize space while accomplishing relationship building goals.

BACKGROUND

Our client is a world leader well known for driving technology and innovation in the marketplace. For a Health & Life Science show, they needed an experience that would creatively show their brand, have two large on-the-floor meeting rooms, and an interactive stage presentation area, all while ensuring the 40×40 space kept an open concept.

SOLUTION

82 South’s creative thinkers and doers engineered all the components to set the foundation for the experience. A large color changing “digital chandelier” created a unique canopy above that brought brand awareness from the show floor afar. A large welcome counter, two large glass meeting rooms, demo stations and the InnovateLive stage where uniquely positioned to create the perfect flow without overcrowding the booth and allowing us to make use of the high traffic aisle ways to bring in attendees.

RESULTS

As one point contact said, “The design was stunning, minimalistic and impactful!” By working the open concept flow and uniquely positioning the large components made the booth feel bigger that it was. The InnovateLive Stage was a huge success to engage attendees to come into the booth to watch a presentation and stay in the booth to explore more after.
