CONSISTENT MESSAGING EDUCATES THE COMMUNITY

OVERVIEW

A local non-profit was looking to increase awareness and serve the community through a digital and social media campaign.

BACKGROUND

A local Central Florida non-profit, Shepherds Hope, was looking for a way to not only increase awareness for health services for the underinsured and the uninsured, they also wanted to celebrate their tireless volunteers and donors. Providing resources, clinic hours and sharing special events in a consistent and timely manner was their priority.

SOLUTION

Our graphic design team and content creators worked with our clients internal marketing team to create sharable content. Our first goal was to make the approval process for creative content easy and seamless. Second, we landed on a color palette and theme for a variety of posts. Third, we were consistent in our delivery and distribution.

RESULTS

We successfully built a portfolio of content and graphics which supported campaigns and regular weekly and monthly messaging. Creating digital efforts such as $5.00 Fridays urged potential donors to easily donate an extra $5.00 and other posts such as “Weekly Clinic Hours” helped people in the community receive medical assistance. Shepherd’s Hope also hired us for virtual sessions such as an online auction and town hall meeting. We were able to carry through the themes of the virtual events through to the marketing of the events.
