Our client had to re-imagine its traditional North American conference –“CRUSH”. A tax compliance software company committed to maintaining the same impactful, engaging experience for both an in-person and virtual experience to reach the Global audience. Despite the event being a hybrid experience, one thing needed to stay the same – entertainment. 82 South booked Aloe Blacc for the event and he was a huge success.
This hybrid experience allowed our client the opportunity to grow and scale – reaching a greater audience. The experience brought a dashboard view on metrics and analytics for real-time and post-event measurement from every click.

CRUSH City Registration Grows 620%
By providing a hybrid solution it allowed our client to grow CRUSH-City registration by more than 620% from over 900 to more than 6,500, with a virtual attendance of over 3,000. Shifting to hybrid allowed us to expand a traditionally North America-focused customer and partner event into a global thought leadership and demand generation event. The audience mix at this year’s event also expanded to include prospects, customers, partners, accountants, media, and investors. The innovation and creatively circling this project resulted in 1 Gold Telly Award and 1 Silver Telly Awards, BizBash Award, and one happy client team!
