They needed a flexible, collaborative partner who could align with their team’s vision, provide consistency with a familiar production team at each event, and bring a deep understanding of their business and brand. This foundation allowed us to seamlessly deliver elevated experiences that met their evolving needs.

For over 15 years, we have been a trusted event production partner for Accenture, supporting more than twenty client-facing events and thirty internal corporate training events across the globe. Our expertise in event execution has helped Accenture create dynamic, immersive experiences that align with their brand and business objectives.

Our dedicated production team has played a crucial role in delivering high-impact General Sessions, setting the stage for engaging and memorable attendee experiences. Leveraging the latest event technology, we have ensured seamless execution across logistics, technical production, onsite support, scenic design, staging, audiovisual coordination, and full-scale event management.

Beyond large-scale conferences, our team has been instrumental in supporting Accenture’s global training roadshows, designed to equip their internal teams with essential tools and insights. By handling the end-to-end production of these training workshops, we have allowed Accenture to focus on content and strategy while we ensure flawless execution at every location.

Comprehensive Exhibit Management & Fabrication for Accenture & Accenture Federal Services

Exhibit Design & Fabriction

Our partnership with Accenture Federal Services (AFS) has been instrumental in delivering high-quality, turnkey exhibit solutions that support their brand presence at key industry events. We provided a custom-designed, modular 10×20 exhibit booth that seamlessly traveled to over eight locations nationwide, ensuring a consistent and professional brand experience across multiple events.

In addition to modular solutions, we collaborated with AFS to design and fabricate custom booth spaces for their presence at the annual AUSA event in Washington, D.C. Our team successfully developed both 10×20 and 20×20 exhibit booths, tailored to maximize engagement and effectively showcase Accenture’s expertise in the federal sector. These exhibit spaces were strategically designed to be both visually compelling and highly functional, creating an immersive experience for attendees while aligning with Accenture’s event goals.

As part of our growing partnership, we worked alongside Accenture to conceptualize and custom-design a brand-new 40×40 exhibit booth, expanding their event presence with a larger, more impactful exhibit solution. This new exhibit incorporated cutting-edge design elements, interactive technology, and a flexible layout, allowing for enhanced attendee engagement, private meeting spaces, and an elevated brand presence on the trade show floor.

Our end-to-end Exhibit Management & Fabrication services encompassed everything from booth design, production, and logistics to installation, dismantling, and on-site support. By providing a seamless, full-service solution, we ensured that Accenture could focus on their key event objectives while we delivered a world-class exhibit experience that reinforced their leadership in the industry.

Streamlined Logistics & Inventory Management with COMPASS

Logistics & Inventory Management

To enhance efficiency and organization for Accenture’s event operations, we implemented COMPASS, our proprietary logistics and inventory management system. This platform provided Accenture’s events team with a seamless solution to track, manage, and deploy essential event materials while maintaining full visibility and control over their assets.

Remote Video Recording Kits

During the pandemic, when in-person productions were limited, we introduced a streamlined check-out system for remote video recording kits through COMPASS. These kits, which included cameras, lighting, and professional-grade microphones, enabled teams to produce high-quality video content from remote locations while maintaining Accenture’s branding and production standards. With COMPASS, the events team could easily reserve, track, and ship these kits to key personnel, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow despite global restrictions.

“Event-in-a-Box” Kits for Small-Scale Events

To support Accenture’s smaller-scale events, we developed a solution that allowed the events team to order and ship pre-configured “Event-in-a-Box” kits directly through COMPASS. These kits contained essential branding elementssuch as custom table throws, banners, signage, and marketing materials, ensuring that even remote or regional events maintained a strong and professional brand presence. The COMPASS system allowed teams to efficiently place orders, track shipments, and manage inventory, eliminating logistical challenges and ensuring timely deliveries.

By leveraging COMPASS for inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and shipment logistics, we provided Accenture with a centralized and scalable solution that streamlined event execution. This end-to-end logistics support allowed their teams to focus on delivering impactful events without the complexities of inventory management, ensuring that every activation—whether virtual, hybrid, or in-person—was executed with precision and consistency.
